What if my payment is past due?

We encourage you to make sure that your payment is recieved before the due date on your invoice to ensure that your account remains active. Accounts are given 14 days to make your payment and are due by the due date. If your hosting payment is not received by the due date on your account, your account will be automatically suspended by the billing software and a $10 late fee is added to your account. Late fees can be avoided by paying your bill on time.
